The Criminal Skin Tools app allows you to create your own skin with no hard files to transfer.
It offers a huge selection of templates for you to choose from, all of which can be used to create a unique skin for your character. All you need is to download the application and find the template you want to use.
You will not need to upload any files to the server. It is a third-party application and does not affect the gameplay directly.
